About
Hi, I’m Zoe Wolski and I’m a graphic designer, illustrator, marketer and creative from Perth, Western Australia. I completed my Bachelor of Creative Industries degree in 2017 where I honed my craft, majoring in graphic design and advertising with a minor in public relations. In 2019 I graduated from the Jump Start WA Graduate Program completed a Certificate IV in Marketing and Communications.
Throughout my three years at university, many projects have provided me with invaluable skills and knowledge to produce a range of work spanning from booklets, brochures, posters, advertisements, branding, packaging, banner/social media ads, UX and UI mockups, prototyping, websites and other sales collateral which I have enjoyed immensely.
Some of my artistic achievements include illustrating the promotional image for Quokka Apocalypse playing at Fringe World Festival 2020, co-designing the 2017 Karma Resorts Rottnest Channel Swim T-Shirt working with a contemporary Aboriginal artist and designer as well as in 2018, illustrating both front covers of Edith Cowan University’s independent student magazine Dircksey Volume 4: ED. 1 and Volume 4: ED. 3.
Currently, I have two years’ experience, one of which is in the field working for two signage businesses and an application development company that focuses on mental health and safety solutions, where I gained industry knowledge and learned web design, photography and panoramic skills. I have recently gained experience within the digital marketing field in the role of a Marketing Assistant, managing and producing copy for various social media platforms and designing websites. I also freelance, working on branding, logos, posters and flyers for clients through word of mouth.
As a creative practitioner, I am driven to create memorable and impactful promotional material that satisfies the various aesthetic needs for businesses advertising, marketing and design needs. To maintain this level of innovation and creativity whilst keeping my designs relevant and timeless, I keep in tune with pop culture trends within the media, emerging technologies and design trends through social media sources.
